FLAFAC at a glance
Fumigators, regulators, manufacturers, distributors and insurers join together
to make the industry the safest it can possibly be. Together these members have
initiated significant changes in the business of fumigation in Florida.
Rule changes have been adopted. A new Manual of Florida Fumigation has been
developed by the University of Florida, funded by a grant from the Dixon Fund
(fines collected from pest control operators). Label changes that benefit us all
in safety and efficacy have been adopted. And all of this has
been accomplished in just a few years...by a pest control
organization strictly focused on fumigation. Florida Fumigation Advisory Council
knows how to get things done.
