Clear Advantage Technical Training, Inc. prepares pest management professionals for the State exam
Clear
Advantage Technical Training, Inc. is now open for business to provide
excellent training opportunities for the pest control industry.
Building on his success in teaching the Fumigation and Special
Identification (SPID) Cardholder training classes, Don Goudy has opened
his own school to continue this excellent training program.
However, the training opportunities will not be limited to the
fumigation category, as they were in the past.
Clear Advantage Technical Training will also offer a train-up
program for the General Household Pest Control, and Termites and other
Wood Destroying Organisms certified operator examinations.
Mr. Goudy
has achieved a high level of success through his Fumigation and SPID
over the past seven years with a
“first-time”
passing rate of over 96%.
“I tell my students that
if they came to my class expecting me to tell them that the answer to
number 1 on the State exam is A and the answer to number two is C, then
they came to the wrong place,”
Mr. Goudy said.
“I
teach my students how to be good fumigators.
If they can master that, then they will have no problem on the
State exam.”
This is the same philosophy that will guide the GHP and Termites
training programs. Clear
Advantage training programs will include instruction on the Federal and
State laws applicable to the category of study, pesticide properties and
labels, pest identification, equipment, and calculating the proper
amount of material to be applied.
